From start to finish, I had a great experience with Ferris Wheel, as usual. Ordering was easy, the product came when expected, and it was well-packaged and beautiful. The customer service was excellent. I had forgotten to add the free gift of a bottle of ink to my purchase and I wrote to someone about it, thinking it was a long shot. But no, I was written back promptly and with the information that a request was put in to add the ink. And today, I received the pendant purse and the ink I was promised. I couldn't have asked for better service.
