My first shipment was damaged but when I reached out to customer service they immediately shipped a new one and it is even better than I’d hoped for! Great quality product and excellent customer service:)

It could have been great, as I was really looking forward to its arrival but sadly it arrived broken. Shame, bc the colour on the cardboard packaging was lovely. Honestly, I’ve had nothing but issues on my last 4 orders from Ferris Wheel, places within weeks of each other. I hope they’re not getting too big for their britches bc their products are pretty. But they have to be accessible. Granted, this time wasn’t their fault.
